Tenants can lodge their maintenance requests with photos via our app and we can share between us, our landlords, and our contractors to best assess quickly. If need be, we will visit the property and assess for ourselves too. Not every request will be sent to you – particularly if it is the tenant’s responsibility to rectify the issue
